HSE Assistant

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant safety regulations
• Coordinate training for employees on HSE policies and procedures when required
• Conduct routine site inspections and report unsafe conditions or practices when required
• Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HSE department
• Maintain and organize HSE records, including incident reports and training materials to management for reviewing
• Participate in the investigation of accidents and assist in the development of remedial actions
• Maintain HSE files, inspection checklists, permits, and related documents.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Having experience in construction (HSE) especially ISO standards will be added advantage
• Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Candidate must be willing to work in KLANG.
