• Learn, understand and implement TK HSE policies, procedures and standards and local government regulations.学习、理解并执行蒂森克虏伯HSE政策、程序、标准及当地政府法规。
• Compile safety policies and procedures, assist in establishing and developing organization’s health environmental and safety management system.编制安全政策与程序，协助搭建及完善公司健康、环境与安全管理体系。
• Proactively manage company relationships with local governments and the community at large.主动维护公司与当地政府及社会各界的公共关系。
• Proactively identify risks to the environment, prioritize and mitigate as needed.主动识别环境风险，按要求进行优先级排序并落实风险缓解措施。
• Establish HSE programs to achieve annual target and compliance the policies. Report the result of HSE programs regularly evaluation to company management.制定HSE专项工作方案，完成年度目标并确保政策合规，定期向公司管理层汇报HSE工作评估结果。
• Assesses training needs related to safety and occupational health and ensures all employees receive the necessary training to perform work in a safe and legal manner. Coordinates and/or administers training. Ensures that all team members are aware of their environmental, health, and safety responsibilities.评估安全及职业健康培训需求，确保全体员工接受必要培训，能够合规、安全开展作业；组织并落实培训工作，确保全体员工明晰自身环境、健康与安全职责。
• HSE inspection and follow up the corrective action of non compliance.开展HSE检查，跟踪落实不合规项的整改措施。
• Conduct the incident/accident investigation, prepare investigation report and follow up the corrective and preventative action.开展事件/事故调查，编制调查报告，跟进整改及预防措施落地。
• Prepare for the required certification audit and annual inspection made by relevant local government regulatory setups. Follow up the correction of all nonconformity.配合当地政府监管部门开展资质审核及年度检查工作，跟踪所有不符合项的整改闭环。
• Establishes safety monitoring and occupational health monitoring programs to ensure all activities meet established Requirements.搭建安全监测与职业健康监测机制，保障各项业务活动满足既定要求。
• Conduct occupational health management, determine occupational health medical project and preventative action, setup occupational health file.落实职业健康管理工作，确定职业健康体检项目与预防举措，建立职业健康档案。
• Regulate dangerous and normal waste management, compliance related legal requirements, setup ledger for dangerous waste.规范危废及一般废弃物管理，满足相关法律法规要求，建立危险废物台账。
• Setup HSE emergency plan and arrange regular drillings. Establishes and maintains effective accident and incident reporting system for all employees.编制HSE应急预案，组织定期应急演练；搭建并维护面向全体员工的高效事件事故上报体系。
• Establish PPE using and purchasing regulations, confirm related person follow the regulations to reduce hazards.制定个人防护用品（PPE）采购及使用管理制度，确保相关人员遵照执行，降低作业风险。
• Employees coordination for supporting HRA.协调员工配合完成健康风险评估（HRA）相关工作。

Requirements任职要求：

• Bachelor degree in environment science/engineering or occupational safety and health.环境工程、环境科学或职业安全健康相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional HSE experience in manufacturing companies.具备5年及以上制造业HSE岗位工作经验。
• Lead ISO14001 & ISO 45001 system establishment and its operation process.具备主导ISO14001环境管理体系、ISO45001职业健康安全管理体系搭建及运行管理经验。
• Good command of written and spoken English.具备良好的英语读写能力。
• Good computer skills.熟练操作办公电脑及办公软件。
• Experience of new project Government HSE acceptance.具备新项目政府端HSE验收相关工作经验。
• The Intermediate Certificate of Registered Safety Engineer is mandatory.必须要持有注册安全工程师中级证书。
