HSE Coordinator

Conduct regular HSE audit as per schedule and ensure audit compliance and (staff, visitors & contractors) and prepare the audit reports & action plan based on finding and coordinate with the departments for its strict compliance.

Assist in implementing health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, within the organization.

Coordinate on risk assessments to eliminate potential hazards, safety violations, and environmental risks.

Coordinate and participate in safety audits and inspections to assess the compliance gap and identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate with the departments in case of any changes in relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and ensure the compliance with regulation authority and internal procedure.

Coordinate with regulatory authority, such as occupational health and safety authorities, to ensure proper reporting and adherence to regulations.

Ensure that the safety awareness signs are in place and hazards area properly guarded to avoid any accident.

Support to Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

Support in emergency response in case of any accidental/ near miss emergency, follow protocols, communicate with the internal/ external stake holders, and ensure the Internal as well as regulatory compliance during emergencies.

Maintain and update accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, training sessions, and compliance documentation require for internal / external stake holders.

Coordinate with the department for maintaining HSE documentation (Certificates, training, audit scheduled, investigation report) require for regulatory / internal authority.

Coordinate with departments and employees to raise awareness and promote a safety-conscious culture throughout the organization.

Provide support to employees regarding safety protocols, equipment usage, emergency procedures, and the proper handling of hazardous materials.

Prepare reports, update safety-related data and documents accurately and efficient manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree preferred in HSE environment

2-4 years of experience in a similar role

NEBOSH; Additional HSE certifications (IOSH, OSHA etc.)

Problem Solving - Systematic & Analytical approach, Change Management, Collaboration with internal / External stake holders
