Job Title: HSE Coordinator

Location: Chennai

Experience: 4–9 Years

Job Description:

• Coordinate HSE activities across projects and site teams.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, reports and compliance registers.
• Coordinate safety training, inductions, toolbox talks and awareness programs.
• Schedule and support HSE inspections and audits.
• Track corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports.
• Coordinate incident reporting, investigation and follow-up activities.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal project teams.
• Monitor compliance with company, statutory and client HSE requirements.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of HSE management systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science or relevant discipline.
• NEBOSH/IOSH/Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred.
• 4–9 years of relevant HSE coordination experience.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
