👉 What will your mission be?

The HSE Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, supervising and supporting all Health & Safety and Environment activities within the assigned business line (Installation or Services) across the MED Region.

This position combines office-based work with regular travel to wind farms.

👉 You responsabilities will be:

Coordination & Operational Support

• Coordinate and provide technical support to HSE Officers and assigned projects.
• Monitor project HSE activities and ensure readiness prior to mobilisation.
• Support resource planning and provide temporary project coverage when required.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and coordinate project HSE documentation, including HSE Plans and RAMS.
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, customer and company HSE requirements.
• Coordinate contractor and document control activities when required.

Client & Project Interface

• Act as HSE focal point for assigned projects and coordinate with customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in customer meetings, Kick-Off Meetings and support the resolution of HSE requirements and deviations.

Training & Competence

• Coordinate and deliver HSE onboarding, inductions, training and awareness sessions.
• Identify training needs and verify personnel competencies prior to mobilisation.
• Support the development and implementation of HSEQ training programmes.

Audits, Inspections & Incident Management

• Conduct and support internal, customer, supplier and subcontractor HSE audits and inspections.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, follow up corrective actions and share lessons learned.

👉 You will need:

• University degree, higher vocational qualification or equivalent experience in Occupational Risk Prevention, Engineering, Energy, Construction or related disciplines.

• Availability for regular travel within the MED Region to support projects, conduct audits, attend customer meetings and oversee on-site HSE activities

• At least of 3 years of experience in Health & Safety coordination, preferably within renewable energy, wind energy, industrial construction or related sectors.

• High level of spoken and written English. Knowledge of additional languages within the MED Region will be considered an advantage.

• Experience coordinating HSE activities across multiple projects and operational environments.

• Knowledge of applicable Health & Safety legislation, as well as international HSE management standards (ISO 45001 and other relevant standards).
