HSE Coordinator

Role Overview: Responsible for coordinating health, safety, and environmental incident investigations and conducting high-risk potential reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain incident records within the Maximo system, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Review incident data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements related to health, safety, and environmental incidents.
• Develop lessons-learned materials and provide training in collaboration with HSE, Operations, Legal, and leadership teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of incident investigation processes and high-risk review procedures.
• Experience with incident data management systems, preferably Maximo.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop training materials and facilitate learning sessions.
