Promote a culture of safety awareness and responsibility throughout the organization.

Establish and manage incident reporting and investigation procedures.

Lead investigations into accidents, near misses, and incidents, providing recommendations for corrective actions.

Develop and maintain emergency response plans, ensuring that all personnel are adequately trained in emergency procedures.

Coordinate with relevant authorities for emergency preparedness and response.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation, including records of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.

Prepare and submit regular HSE reports to management and regulatory authorities.

Interface with project stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and community representatives on HSE matters.

Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners to enhance the overall reputation of the organization.
