Including health\safety\environment and fire involved. 2.与其他工程师一起编制项目技术规范，确保所有关于环境保护、消防、安全、工业健康和卫生的要求均按照法律要求得到妥善规定.Join other engineers to compile technical specifications for projects to ensure that all the requirements regarding environmental protection, fire protection, safety, industrial health and hygiene are properly specified per legal requirements. 3.审查和批准由他人完成的HSE事宜、项目提案、设计和施工计划。Review and approval, focusing on HSE matters, the project proposal, design and construction plan done by others. 4.定期评估供应商的健康、安全和环境（HSE）资质，对关键供应商进行审核，确保供应链的健康发展。Evaluate suppliers in respect of the qualifications of HSE regularly audit the key suppliers, ensure a healthy supplier chain. 5.现场施工监控：组织验收工作；确保符合既定的HSE政策和程序；推广安全工作行为的良好实践。Monitor construction on site: organize the inspection-and-acceptance; assure compliance with established HSE policies and procedures; promote good practice of safe working behavior. 6.关注ISO运营和证书的有效性、法律合规性评估，定期审查NAN的法律状态，并采取后续行动。Focus on the ISO operation and certificates effective, legal compliance assessment, regularly review the legal status of NAN and take following up actions. 7.聚焦于车间，通过一系列行动或活动来改善员工的工作环境、健康状况和安全行为，并营造HSE文化。Focus on workshop to improve employee environment, heath, and safety behavior and create HSE culture by series actions or events. 8.作为与政府的联络窗口，保持顺畅的沟通，并推动政府采取行动或满足其要求。As contact window with government to keep smooth communication and drive the actions or requirements from government.
