What they need
We are seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to implement and monitor health, safety and environmental standards across oil & gas, energy or EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement project HSE policies, procedures and safety plans.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor HSE compliance.
- Maintain HSE records, reports and documentation.
- Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and project HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with project, construction and engineering teams.
- Track corrective and preventive actions.
