Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigation to identify potential safety risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Perform regular HSE inspections at construction sites to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 to 12 years experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
- At least worked as approved HSE lead / Engineer for a minimum of 5 years in oil and gas Projects.
- Diploma in Engineering (Regular) or bachelors degree in relevant Science (from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue)
- NEBOSH IGC before 2021
- Any other HSE certifications
- Additional HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage.
- Mandatory: Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
- Mandatory: Incident Investigation techniques.
