What they need
Responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures at the project/site and ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
Implement HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments/JSA.
Monitor compliance with PPE and safe working practices.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and induction programs.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s/Diploma in Engineering or relevant HSE/Safety qualification. NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent certification preferred.
