We are looking for an 'HSE Executive' to enhance our company's expanding HSE performance and sustainability reporting , ensuring that all processes are executed in line with international occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. "

What will be your key deliverables?

• Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems,
• Develop HSE policies, procedures, and instructions, and provide training to employees,
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and legal requirements,
• Conduct and maintain risk assessment studies,
• Perform regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and plan preventive actions,
• Conduct root cause analyses of occupational accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents, and prepare reports,
• Organize HSE training sessions and identify training needs,
• Review Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and monitor their proper use,
• Prepare emergency response plans and organize fire and emergency drills,
• Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits and ensure readiness,
• Manage processes related to ministry inspections, customer audits, and official controls,
• Collaborate with production and other departments to enhance safety culture,
• Coordinate HSE activities with subcontractors and service providers,
• Prepare HSE reports and present them regularly to management.

What do you need for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields,
• Certified Class B Occupational Health and Safety Specialist,
• At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field,
• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation,
• Preferably experienced in the related sectors,
• Familiar with management systems such as ISO 45001 & ISO 14001,
• Experience in social compliance / ethical audits such as SEDEX, BSCI (preferred),
• Proficiency in English (preferred),
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Strong communication skills with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
