HSE EXECUTIVE

Job Qualification :

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in manufacturing or other high-risk industries.
• Experience in process safety and environmental management is preferred.
• Good knowledge of HSE regulations and safety management systems.
• Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety inspections.
• Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW), emergency response, and contractor safety.
• Knowledge of hazardous chemicals, hazardous waste (B3), and environmental compliance.
• Possess a General Occupational Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker), or an equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with Safety Audits, the Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3), and other Safety Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure company operations comply with HSE regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
• Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a safe workplace.
• Regular workplace inspections, safety audits, and monitor corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, then prepare reports and preventive action plans.
• Support emergency preparedness activities, including fire protection, evacuation drills, and emergency response programs
• Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety training to promote a strong safety culture.
• Maintain HSE records, permits, reports, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and contractors to ensure safe work practices.
