HSE Executive

Responsibilities:

· Lead and coordinate investigations of workplace incidents to determine root causes.

· Prepare and submit detailed incident reports with corrective action recommendations.

· Track and analyze incident trends to prevent recurrence.

· Develop and deliver HSE training programs on safety, emergency response, and environmental protection.

· Conduct safety and toolbox meetings to address HSE concerns.

· Promote a safety-conscious culture and encourage participation in HSE initiatives.

· Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation and fire safety protocols.

· Conduct drills to test emergency response effectiveness and identify improvements.

· Ensure emergency equipment availability and functionality.

· Occupational Health & Safety

· Stay updated on HSE laws and ensure company compliance.

· Liaise with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections and audits.

· Prepare and submit required regulatory reports.

Requirements:

· Master's/bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field.

· A relevant professional certification is a plus.

· 3-4 years of experience in HSE management, preferably within the logistics and warehouse industry.

· Deep understanding of local and international HSE regulations and standards.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks effectively.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels and external stakeholders

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
