HSE Inspector (Sumbagteng) - Project Based

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct HSE inspections and safety compliance fulfillment at telecommunication sites, project locations, and offices.
• Monitor compliance with HSE procedures, HSE requirements, permit-to-work requirements, and safe work practices.
• Identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor compliance with HSE requirements and facilitate toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Support emergency preparedness activities, HSE campaigns and communication.
• Prepare HSE reports and maintain accurate inspection and compliance records.
• Follow up and verification closing evidence based on the findings.
• Analyze the findings to create improvements for prevent repetitive findings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting site HSE inspections and verifying HSE compliance in telecommunications, construction, infrastructure, EPC, or other high-risk industries.
• Demonstrated experience in monitoring compliance with HSE standards, permit-to-work systems, and applicable regulations at operational or project sites.
• Good understanding of HSE regulations, HSE Requirements, incident investigation, and contractor safety management.
• Familiar with SMK3, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Holding a General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certification and others HSE Certificate will be considered an advantage.
• Willing to travel frequently and work at project sites across Indonesia (especially Sumbagteng).
