Position: HSE Manager
Job Location: Oman
Salary: 900 OMR

Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE, preferably within Solar Power Projects.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and safety procedures.
- Experience in solar project construction, installation, commissioning and maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular HSE inspections, site audits and safety toolbox meetings.
- Ensure compliance with PTW, risk assessments, JSA/JHA and method statements.
- Monitor safe working practices for activities such as electrical works, working at height, lifting operations, excavation and installation of solar panels/equipment.
- Investigate incidents, near misses and accidents and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Oman/GCC HSE regulations and project safety standards.
- Coordinate with project management, contractors and site teams to maintain a safe working environment.
Duty Hours: 10 Hours
