HSE Manager

Job DescriptionThe Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager reports to the Human Resources Department. They define, manage, and implement the HSE policy in line with the Group's guidelines and ensure regulatory compliance as well as the continuous improvement of the site's HSE performance.
Main responsibilities:- Define, implement, and manage the site's Health, Safety, and Environment policy and objectives.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to Group HSE requirements.
• Manage and support the HSE team and operational managers in risk management.
• Manage the HSE management system, audits, inspections, and the monitoring of action plans.
• Monitor performance indicators, provide reporting to Management, and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Supervise the analysis of accidents, incidents, and risk situations, and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.
• Develop a strong HSE culture through awareness campaigns, training, and communication with all employees.
  Job Requirements- Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in HSE, SSE, or equivalent.
• Proven experience of at least 5-8 years in Health, Safety, and Environment within an industrial setting.
• Thorough understanding of HSE regulations and applicable standards and frameworks (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Leadership, organizational skills, analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage performance indicators, conduct audits, and support change management.
