HSE MANAGER

Professional Certifications ;

• General Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Certification issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker).
• ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 Awareness certification/training.
• IRCA Certified Lead Auditor qualification is preferred.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Experience in Accident Investigation and Analysis.
• Good understanding of Hazardous Waste Management regulations and requirements.
• Knowledge of SIMPEL and PROPER environmental regulations and requirements.
• Proficient in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment/Analysis.
• Experience in handling and supporting ISO audits.
• Mandatory: Previous experience in a manufacturing company.
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Strong ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across departments, both horizontally and vertically.
• Good knowledge and experience in handling auditors and customers.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability and experience to deliver training as a trainer/facilitator.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
