HSE Manager

Experience: Minimum 10 Years.

​ENTAG is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for a major environmental and civil infrastructure project involving earthworks, deep excavations, geosynthetic lining, leachate/drainage systems, pipelines, roads, concrete works and heavy-equipment operations.

The candidate will establish the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental management system across infrastructure and earthworks project. ensures compliance with applicable HSE regulations, client requirements, and company policies. risk assessments, method statement reviews, site inspections, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, HSE training, and monitoring site safety performance and deal with Abu Dhabi authorities.

​Key Responsibilities:

· ​ Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s HSE Management System in compliance with ADOSH-SF, ADPHC, UAE requirements and ISO 45001.

· Lead and supervise HSE Officers and site safety teams across infrastructure and earthworks project.

· Participate in project meetings and provide regular HSE performance reports to senior management.

· Promote a proactive safety culture and continuously identify opportunities to improve HSE performance.

· Stop unsafe work where necessary and ensure immediate corrective action is taken.

· ​Manage RAMS/JSA, PTW, inspections, audits, toolbox talks, training, emergency response, incident investigation and HSE reporting.

· ​Control high-risk works including excavations, trenches, slopes, heavy equipment/traffic, lifting, hot works, electrical works, HDPE welding, geosynthetics and work at height.

· ​Manage subcontractor HSE compliance, heat stress, welfare and environmental controls, with full stop-work authority.

​Mandatory Requirements:

· ​Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental or equivalent).

· ​10+ years HSE experience, including 5+ years in a senior HSE/Safety role.

· ​Proven experience in major civil/infrastructure, earthworks and heavy-equipment projects.

· ​Previous Abu Dhabi construction experience – mandatory.

· ​NEBOSH IGC or higher.

· ​Valid ADPHC Qudorat OSH Practitioner registration, or confirmed eligibility before mobilization.

· ​Strong knowledge of ADOSH-SF, Abu Dhabi OSH requirements and ISO 45001.

· ​Practical experience with HSE Plans, RAMS/JSA, PTW, emergency response, incident investigation and subcontractor HSE management.

· ​Fluent English and ability to speak/understand Urdu – mandatory.

· ​Strong HSE reporting and Microsoft Office skills.

· ​Available for full-time site work in Al Ain.

· Appointment is subject to technical interview and Employer/Engineer approval.

· ​Preferred: Landfill/waste-management experience, NEBOSH Diploma/NVQ Level 6, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, IOSH membership, UAE driving licence and immediate availability.
