Raicam Hidrolik A.Ş. is looking for an HSE Manager (f-m-d) to join our team on-site in Bursa

(Gemlik)

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Environment: Work cooperatively across departments to build and maintain a

safe working environment.

• Incident Investigation: Investigate occupational accidents/diseases and implement

preventative measures to ensure zero recurrence.

• Emergency Preparedness: Lead the preparation of emergency plans, oversee drills,

and monitor regular safety training for employees in line with legislation.

• Subcontractor Management: Audit and ensure subcontractor activities inside the

plant fully comply with OHS regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: University Degree in Engineering (Bachelor’s).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment within manufacturing/production.
• Certifications & Standards:

Class-B (or higher) Safety Engineer Certificate.

Solid hands-on experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.

Proven expertise in machine safety requirements.

• Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Skills & Others: Strong analytical thinking and teamwork skills; military service completed for male candidates.
