Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing health, safety, and environmental activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, client standards, and applicable safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, plans, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations, client requirements, and Oil & Gas industry safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor permit-to-work systems, toolbox talks, incident reporting, and investigations.
• Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead and guide HSE officers and site safety teams.
• Coordinate with project management, clients, and subcontractors on HSE matters.
• Prepare HSE reports, maintain documentation, and monitor safety performance.
• Ensure emergency response plans and safety training programs are implemented.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the project site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant HSE experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Previous experience as an HSE Manager on Oil & Gas projects.
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory; additional safety certifications are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, PTW, and HSE management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Previous Qatar Oil & Gas project experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage HSE teams and coordinate with clients and project stakeholders.
