What they need
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk identification to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement effective safety management systems, policies, and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 12-15 years experience in HSE (Operations in the oil & gas or petro-chemical industries, construction, fabrication, installation, commissioning projects, with at least 5 years experience in a lead HSE position managing team of HSE professionals.
- Bachelors degree in relevant Engineering OR Science OR HSE discipline (from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue)
- Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioural aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business
- NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent
- NEBOSH International Diploma
- Any other HSE certifications
- Additional HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage.
- Mandatory :Lead Auditor course ISO 45001/ ISO 14001
- Mandatory:Incident Investigation technique.
