Conduct event hazard identification, crowd-safety reviews, egress planning, and vendor compliance monitoring. Operationalize enterprise-wide regional and global EHS standards into actionable local programs. Provide prompt technical support for workplace incidents and reported illnesses; assist in root-cause investigations and corrective action tracking. Manage corporate EHS platforms, including incident and illness logging in Cority and safety inspections in Highwire. Establish safety protocols, risk mapping, chemical and equipment management, and lab safety in technical and R&D spaces. Support periodic occupational health and safety assessments at contract manufacturing partner facilities in China. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an EHS related field. Minimum 5 years experience working in the environmental, health and safety field. Experience with incident investigation processes, regulatory compliance, and statutory reporting. Experience interacting with a variety of regulatory agencies across Mainland China and Hong Kong. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or other relevant EHS certification. Leadership and communication skills to guide sensitive information and collaborate across regional and global teams. Proficiency using Client Docs, Sheets and Slides.
