Projects: Electromechanical Projects
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead and oversee Health, Safety & Environment activities across our electromechanical projects.
Requirements: TAQA Approval – Mandatory Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Engineering degree with UAE Certificate Equivalency Strong HSE management experience in Electromechanical Projects Strong knowledge of TAQA requirements, UAE HSE regulations, and safety standards Currently available in the UAE Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage project HSE activities and HSE teams Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, and policies Ensure compliance with TAQA, client, and UAE HSE requirements Oversee risk assessments, PTW, JSA/JHA, inspections, and HSE audits Lead incident and near-miss investigations and corrective actions Conduct safety meetings and monitor site HSE performance Coordinate with clients, consultants, project teams, and subcontractors Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and compliance documentation
