HSE Manager (MNC/pharmaceutical)

Responsibilities:

• Lead all site HSE activities, ensuring compliance with safety, health, security, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, training, inspections, and audits.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Conduct incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor HSE performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Safety, Environmental, Construction, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of construction HSE experience, including 5 years in pharmaceutical, chemical, or food projects.
• Familiar with Singapore WSH regulations, BizSAFE, ISO, and WSHMS.
• Possess Singapore safety management certification.
