Role: HSE Officer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Requirement: UAE DL + Equivalency certificate
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at the project site.
- Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices.
- Ensure compliance with approved method statements, risk assessments, and HSE requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions.
- Monitor proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
- Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and safety documentation.
- Coordinate with site management and workers to resolve safety issues.
- Ensure emergency procedures and environmental controls are properly implemented.
Requirements
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in HSE, Engineering, or a related field.
- NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent HSE certification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and site safety practices.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
