HSE Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE programs in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations across production and operational areas.
• Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and other HSE awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Monitor the proper implementation and usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, including identifying root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the implementation of emergency preparedness and response programs, including emergency drills.
• Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, chemical handling, and other environmental compliance requirements.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, documentation, and records.
• Promote and continuously improve safety awareness and a positive safety culture within the workplace.

Qualifications

• 23–30 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in public health, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Health, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in HSE, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Having a General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of occupational health and safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
