HSE Officer

We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to join our team for an offshore project in Abu Dhabi.

Candidates with previous ADNOC Offshore experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, and ADNOC HSE requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions.
• Monitor permit-to-work and safe work practices.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
• Coordinate with site management and workforce to maintain a safe working environment.
• Promote a strong safety culture at the offshore site.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience.
• Experience in Water Treatment is preferred.
• ADNOC Offshore experience will be given strong preference.
• Offshore work experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, PTW, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant HSE certifications are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
