Job Title: HSE Officer

Location: Chennai

Experience: 4–9 Years

Job Description:

• Implement HSE policies, procedures and safety standards at project sites.
• Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, client and company HSE requirements.
• Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks and awareness programs.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, checklists and audit documentation.
• Conduct internal safety audits and support external/client audits.
• Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors and clients on HSE matters.
• Support continuous improvement of site safety performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• NEBOSH/IOSH/Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred.
• Good knowledge of HSE standards and regulations.
• Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
