HSE Officer

Requirement:
* S1 graduate majoring in occupational health and safety 
* Responsible for all administrative tasks related to HSE Management System
* Can record all HSE documentation and reports
* Have General AK3 certification
* Good knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
* Can use Microsoft Office
* Good communication skills and rigor
* Someone who can work structurally, procedurally, and neatly
* Responsible at work and honest
* Accustomed to deadlines and can achieve the targets desired by the company

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Tasked with identifying hazards, conducting risk assessments, evaluating risks and controlling impacts that can occur in the application of occupational safety and health
* Implementing the k3 program that has been determined by the company as an effort to overcome and prevent work accidents
* Create and maintain K3-related documents.
* Create an idea related to the K3 program.
* Collect and recap reports that have been submitted by the safety officer
* Create daily, weekly, monthly reports, these reports can contain inspection recaps, work reports, document data and others
* Make plans for future occupational safety and health programs
* Participate in supervising the implementation of k3 in the company environment so that it can run well as planned
* Coordinate with the HSE Manager related to all k3 implementations that have been implemented or will be implemented, whether the implementation that has been carried out is running well or is still not being carried out
* Regular checks on impacts and hazards on the work performed.
* Responsible for creating project agendas related to the implementation of occupational safety and health
* Identify and map potential hazards that have the opportunity to occur in the work environment.
* Become a liaison between government regulations and company policies.
