Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.
• Develop and implement effective safety management systems, including incident investigation procedures and work permit systems.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations, occupational health standards, and company policies through regular site inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop risk assessments for new projects or changes in existing operations.
• Provide training on HSE best practices to employees at all levels within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) role with a minimum of 2 Years in brownfield projects or similar industries.
• NEBOSH IGC certification required; Diploma/Certificate holder preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HSE principles, industrial safety regulations, and occupational health standards.
