HSE Officer

Job Title: HSE Officer – Solar EPC Projects

Job Description:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies at solar project sites.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
• Monitor the use of PPE and ensure safe working practices.
• Identify potential hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures.
• Maintain safety records, incident reports, and statutory documentation.
• Conduct safety inductions and training for workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and client requirements.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree with a relevant Industrial Safety qualification.

Experience: 1–3 years in HSE, preferably in solar EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects.

Location: Project Site; willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
