What they need
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction HSE management
- HSE - related professional certification and/or accreditation
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and regulations applicable to the construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (TOEFL score of 510 or higher)
- Must posess a valid Sertifikat KEMNAKER Ahli K3 Umum
- Willing to be relocated across Indonesia
Job Responsibilities :
- Implement and maintain the company’s HSE management system for construction projects
- Conduct regular HSE inspections of construction sites
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Provide HSE training and advice to construction site personal
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders on HSE matters
- Prepare reports and documentation on HSE matters
