The project:

This opportunity is for residential, commercial and data centre projects.

You ll be responsible for:

• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Wellbeing standards across assigned projects.
• Lead audit and assurance activities, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other applicable standards.
• Coordinate inspections, audits and performance monitoring to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Manage incident investigations, corrective actions and mitigation plans to strengthen operational performance.
• Develop effective stakeholder relationships and provide guidance to support a positive safety culture.
• Contribute to net zero carbon objectives through the proactive management of carbon impacts and sustainable delivery practices.

You ll need to have:

• Degree qualification is essential with 5-20 years experience.
• Hands-on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience.
• Experience in large-scale data center, commercial and residential construction projects.
• Strong site coordination and execution capabilities.
• Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project schedules and site deliverables.
