About the role

HSE Staff position responsible for ensuring the implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) is effective in the work area. This role is important in maintaining workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance according to applicable standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs in the work area
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and work procedures
• Prepare HSE reports, including incident reports, near miss reports, and corrective actions
• Provide occupational safety socialization and training to employees
• Ensure the use of PPE and implementation of safe work procedures are running well
• Coordinate with project teams to identify and minimize workplace accident risks
• Support the implementation and maintenance of HSE Management Systems based on ISO standards

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in K3, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as HSE Staff
• Understanding of applicable K3 regulations and standards
• Experience or involvement in the implementation of ISO 45001 (OH&S), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 9001
• AK3 Umum certificate or other HSE training is a plus
• Able to prepare HSE reports and documentation well and neatly
• Firm, communicative, and has high concern for workplace safety
