What they need
- A recognised HSE qualification or certification AK3 Kemnaker
- Proven experience working in a health and safety role within construction or a related industrial environment
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation, environmental regulations and construction safety standards applicable in Indonesia
- Strong practical experience in conducting site safety inspections, hazard identification and risk assessments
- Proficiency in incident investigation methodologies and the ability to analyse root causes objectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with personnel at all levels, from site workers to senior management
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail when managing HSE documentation and records
- Computer literacy and proficiency with HSE management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various construction sites as required
