About the role

This role involves implementing, evaluating, and improving Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/K3) systems, managing environmental compliance, and ensuring regulatory adherence across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, evaluate, and improve Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/K3) systems
• Manage environmental compliance, documentation, and regulatory reporting
• Implement and maintain SMK3 / ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
• Monitor and manage B3 and Non-B3 waste in accordance with applicable regulations
• Manage and supervise third-party waste management vendors
• Oversee the proper handling and utilization process of expired products
• Collaborate with GA and operational teams to ensure workplace safety and environmental compliance
• Prepare HSE reports, evaluations, and supporting documentation for management and regulatory requirements

About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE, K3, or Environmental Management, preferably in food & beverages manufacturing
• Active AK3 Umum certification is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of K3, manpower, and environmental regulations
• Good understanding of B3 waste management and environmental compliance
• Familiar with SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering or Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health & Safety / K3
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and coordination skills
