HSE Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure SHE compliance across feedmill operations and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Monitor environmental compliance, hazardous waste, and pollution control.
• Deliver SHE training and foster a strong safety culture among employees and contractors.
• Prepare SHE reports, regulatory documentation, and support compliance audits.
• Coordinate emergency response, continuous improvement, and SHE initiatives to ensure safe and sustainable feedmill operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Health, Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) field within a manufacturing industry.
• Possess a General Occupational Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker), or an equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with Safety Audits, OHSAS 18001, the Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3), and other Safety Management Systems.
• Willing to be placed anywhere across Indonesia (Sumatera, West Java, Central Java, East Java, South Sulawesi)
