HSE Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and ensure the implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE/K3) standards throughout property operations.
• Monitor compliance with applicable K3 regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments across apartment, mall, common areas, back-of-house, and operational areas.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor contractors, vendors, tenants, and third parties to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Develop and implement Safety Work Procedures / SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness programs.
• Coordinate and monitor Emergency Response Procedures, including fire, evacuation, and other emergency situations.
• Ensure readiness and proper maintenance of fire safety and emergency equipment.
• Monitor workplace incidents, accidents, near misses, and prepare investigation reports.
• Prepare periodic HSE reports, inspection reports, incident reports, and corrective action monitoring.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Building Management, Security, Tenant Relations, and other departments regarding safety matters.
• Conduct regular fire drill, emergency response drill, evacuation drill, and other safety exercises.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees, contractors, and vendors where required.
• Monitor environmental aspects including waste management, housekeeping, and other environmental compliance requirements.
• Follow up corrective actions resulting from inspections, audits, incidents, and risk assessments.
• Support internal and external HSE/K3 audits and inspections.
• Perform other HSE-related duties assigned by Management.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum D3/S1 in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE/K3, preferably in Property, Apartment, Mall, Building Management, Construction, or Facility Management.
• Previous experience as HSE Supervisor / Safety Supervisor / HSE Officer is preferred.
• Strong understanding of K3 regulations and HSE management systems.
• Familiar with HIRADC / Risk Assessment, JSA, Work Permit, Safety Inspection, and Incident Investigation.
• Familiar with Fire Safety, Emergency Response, Evacuation Procedures, and Fire Drill.
• Experience in managing contractor/vendor safety is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, disciplined, firm, and able to enforce safety standards.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Relevant HSE/K3 certifications such as AK3 Umum, Ahli K3, Fire Safety, First Aid, or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required by property operations.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
