HSE Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of HSE, environmental, and SMKP Minerba requirements in compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Monitor, evaluate, and audit SMKP implementation across mining operations.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and accident/near-miss investigations, and ensure proper follow-up actions.
• Supervise HSE implementation for employees and contractors at the mining site.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and administration related to HSE, SMKP, and PROPER.
• Ensure compliance with PROPER requirements, including preparation of required documents and supporting evidence.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and government authorities regarding occupational safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE within the mining industry, preferably in nickel mining.
• Must have experience working for a mining owner/IUP holder company.
• Must hold a valid SMKP Auditor Certification.
• Strong knowledge of SMKP Minerba, mining safety, and PROPER, including preparation of related documentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
• Willing to be based at the mining site in East Luwu, South Sulawesi.
