HSE Supervisor

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE/EHS, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage, distribution, or industrial environments.
3. Familiar with HIRADC, HSE inspections, safety audits, incident investigation, risk assessment, and corrective action monitoring.
4. Good understanding of K3/OHS and environmental regulations in Indonesia.
5. Familiar with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, waste management, pollution prevention, and PROPER.
6. AK3 Umum certification is preferred.
7. Able to prepare HSE reports, documentation, and audit/assessment supporting data.
8. Good communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
9. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and operational areas.

Job Description :

1. Manage, develop, and implement Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure operational activities comply with applicable regulations by monitoring regulatory developments, reviewing procedure compliance, and proposing policy adjustments to management.
2. Ensure HSE programs are implemented effectively and sustainably to maintain workplace health and safety across operational areas by developing activity plans, coordinating with relevant departments, and monitoring and evaluating implementation.
3. Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits to ensure risk controls are properly implemented in accordance with established procedures by documenting findings, conducting risk assessments through Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC), and following up on corrective actions with relevant departments.
4. Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and visitors to improve compliance with HSE procedures, including safe work practices, the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and emergency response procedures.
5. Conduct investigations of workplace accidents and incidents to prevent recurrence by gathering facts, analyzing root causes, recommending corrective actions, and monitoring their implementation with relevant stakeholders.
6. Monitor activities that may have an environmental impact and implement waste management and pollution prevention programs to minimize the environmental impact of operational activities by reviewing procedure implementation and following up on findings with relevant departments.
7. Coordinate and ensure environmental compliance related to the PROPER assessment to maintain the company's rating above the Red category by monitoring compliance, preparing supporting documentation, and coordinating the resolution of findings with relevant departments.
8. Prepare periodic HSE reports covering program implementation, workplace safety conditions, incidents, findings, and corrective actions to support management evaluation and decision-making by collecting and verifying data from operational areas and relevant departments.
9. Continuously develop professional competencies by participating in relevant learning and development activities and applying acquired knowledge and skills to improve HSE processes and practices.
