HSE Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures at the project site.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, project safety requirements, and company policies.
• Monitor the implementation of Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Method Statements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and regular HSE awareness sessions for workers and staff.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe working practices.
• Monitor subcontractors’ compliance with approved HSE plans and procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and maintain safety documentation.
• Coordinate with project management and site teams to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of HSE experience in Railway construction projects.
• Previous experience as an HSE Supervisor on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification is required.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety procedures.
• Relevant experience in railway projects is required for railway project assignments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
