Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor with a strong background in luxury hospitality to oversee health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable UAE regulations, conducting safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, and maintaining a safe, clean, and secure working environment in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in accordance with applicable UAE regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety requirements, emergency response plans, and evacuation procedures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct HSE inductions, safety briefings, and awareness training for employees.
• Monitor the safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals, cleaning materials, and other hazardous substances.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, inspection checklists, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, facilities management, and other departments to address safety concerns.
• Monitor workplace hygiene, sanitation, waste management, and environmental practices.
• Coordinate fire drills, emergency preparedness activities, and relevant safety training.
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure identified safety issues are resolved promptly.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, contractors, and service providers on HSE-related matters.
• Promote a strong safety culture while maintaining the professional standards expected in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in luxury hotels, high-end hospitality, luxury residences, or VIP service environments.
• NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or an equivalent recognized HSE qualification is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE health, safety, fire safety, and environmental requirements.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, and HSE training.
• Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in preparing HSE reports and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Ability to work professionally with employees, management, contractors, and external authorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional safety and service standards.

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in a high-standard hospitality setting.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
