About the role
HSE Supervisor/ Coordinator role focused on workplace safety, health, and environmental management in a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform workplace site inspections, supervise and address inspection findings
- Manage and improve Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental matters by controlling, monitoring, enforcing, and coordinating ESH-related tasks
- Establish and maintain ESH practices in line with applicable local laws, internal policies, ISO 45001, and SEAL requirements
- Monitor environmental compliances including scheduled waste, IETS, scrubber and back filter
- Coordinate and lead HSE committee and ERT
- Conduct internal training and raise safety and environmental awareness
About you
- Minimum Degree in OSH, Environmental Sciences, or Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment
- Certified Safety and Health Officer certification
- Able to work independently, coordinate and prioritize tasks
