HSE Supervisor (m/w/d)

For a large-scale industrial project, we are looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to support and oversee HSE activities on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure compliance with HSE requirements on site
• Conduct regular safety walks, inspections, and HSE audits
• Ensure compliance with project-specific HSE standards, procedures, and regulations
• Identify potential hazards and support the implementation of appropriate preventive measures
• Monitor and supervise high-risk activities on site
• Support toolbox talks, safety meetings, and HSE briefings
• Document HSE observations, non-conformities, and follow-up actions
• Work closely with the Project, Construction, and HSE teams

Requirements

• Several years of experience in HSE supervision within construction or industrial environments
• Proven experience working on large-scale projects
• Fluent English and German is mandatory
• Strong safety awareness with a proactive and hands-on approach
