HSE SUPPORT SERVICES III

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Provide HSE support and oversight for marine and offshore operations.
• Ensure marine activities comply with company HSE policies, procedures, and applicable maritime and regulatory requirements.
• Identify hazards and assess risks associated with vessel operations, marine logistics, offshore transportation, lifting, and cargo handling.
• Monitor compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), JSA/JHA, SIMOPS, LOTO, and other control-of-work requirements.
• Conduct vessel and marine facility inspections, HSE audits, and safety observations.
• Monitor contractor and marine-service-provider HSE performance.
• Support safe vessel mobilization, demobilization, berthing, mooring, bunkering, cargo transfer, and offshore personnel transfer activities.
• Participate in incident, near-miss, and environmental-release investigations.
• Monitor emergency preparedness, drills, spill response, and marine pollution prevention measures.
• Promote safe working practices and continuous improvement in marine HSE performance.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline.
• Relevant HSE certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience in oil & gas marine, offshore, vessel, or marine logistics operations.
• Knowledge of marine safety, environmental protection, and offshore HSE requirements.
• Experience conducting HSE inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Good knowledge of PTW, JSA/JHA, SIMOPS, emergency response, and marine safety procedures.
• Strong communication, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in offshore and marine environments

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦190,000.00 per day
