HSE Trainer

Experience:

• Minimum 5-8 years of HSE experience in EPC, Construction, Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Infrastructure, or Industrial Projects.
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated HSE training experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory/Preferred).
• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.
• OSHA Certification (Preferred).
• Train-the-Trainer Certification.
• Additional HSE certifications related to EPC projects will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct HSE induction programs for employees
• Deliver training on:
• Permit to Work (PTW)
• Risk Assessment & Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
• Working at Height
• Confined Space Entry
• Lifting & Rigging Operations
• Electrical Safety (LOTO)
• Fire Prevention & Firefighting
• Defensive Driving
• Emergency Response & Evacuation
• Hazard Identification and Control
• Develop and maintain HSE training modules, presentations, assessments, and toolbox talk materials.
• Assess workforce competency through written tests, practical demonstrations, and on-site evaluations.
• Coordinate and conduct emergency drills, rescue exercises, and safety campaigns.
• Monitor statutory and client-specific training requirements and ensure compliance.
• Maintain training records, competency matrices, certifications, and training databases.
• Identify training needs through inspections, audits, incident investigations, and project HSE performance reviews.
• Support project teams in promoting a proactive safety culture and behavioral safety programs.
• Participate in incident investigations and recommend corrective training actions.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures, client requirements, and applicable legal regulations.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
