Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HSE Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging HSE training programs to clients across various industries, preparing training materials, conducting assessments, and ensuring participants gain practical knowledge of workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical HSE training sessions.
• Conduct safety induction and awareness programs.
• Prepare training presentations, course materials, and assessments.
• Evaluate trainee performance through written and practical examinations.
• Maintain accurate training records and attendance.
• Ensure training complies with UAE regulations and international safety standards.
• Update training content based on regulatory and industry changes.
• Support business development by promoting training services when required.
• Travel to client sites to conduct onsite training sessions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Recognized HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of HSE training or industry experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
