Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Trainer to deliver professional safety training programs, conduct assessments, and support the continuous development of workplace safety competence. The successful candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and experience conducting both theoretical and practical training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver HSE training programs in accordance with KHDA, DCAS, HSI, TRAKHEES, RAKEZ, DWC and client requirements.
• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on:
• First Aid Training
• General HSE Awareness
• Rigging & slinging
• Scaffolder
• Work at Height
• Confined Space Entry
• Fire Safety
• Risk Assessment
• Manual Handling
• Permit to Work
• Emergency Response
• Construction Safety
• Defensive Driving
• Other industry-specific safety courses
• Conduct trainee assessments, examinations, and practical evaluations.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, attendance records, and reports.
• Ensure training quality and compliance with applicable standards and approval body requirements.
• Assist in developing new training courses and training content.
• Support audits, inspections, and accreditation activities related to training services.

Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of HSE training experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Recognized HSE qualification such as:
• NEBOSH IGC
• IOSH Managing Safely
• OSHA Certifications
• Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering training under KHDA, DCAS, or HSI-approved programs.
• DCAS approved first Aid Instructor certification.
• Experience in construction, logistics, manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
• UAE Driving License.
• Multilingual candidates (English, Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic, Urdu) are preferred.
