HSE Trainer

Al Salama School of Safety Studies is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced HSE Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent presentation skills, and a passion for developing competent safety professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and practical training on HSE-related courses.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessments.
• Conduct theory and practical sessions in accordance with course requirements.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students for certification exams and career development.
• Ensure timely completion of the syllabus while maintaining training quality.
• Maintain attendance, training records, and student progress reports.
• Stay updated with the latest HSE standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, and academic activities.
• Support examination processes, including invigilation and evaluation.
• Perform other academic and training-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• NEBOSH IGC is mandatory. Additional HSE certifications (IOSH, OSHA, Diploma, etc.) are an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE training or the safety industry.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online teaching platforms is preferred.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
